After three long years of waiting, Star Cinema and Viva Films will finally bring the much awaited 3rd installment of Laida Magdalas and Miggy Montenegro’s romantic journey into the big screen. Star Cinema tentatively titled the upcoming film ”It Takes A Man and A Woman“.

After her solid portrayal in “Won’t Last A Day Without You“, Sarah Geronimo will take again the Marikina-made shoes of Laida Magdalas and give us another splendid performance portraying a modern day lass. And fresh from the box office success of his recent flick “UnOfficially Yours“, John Lloyd Cruz will step into the limelight as the elite businessman Miggy Montenegro.

Joining Sarah and John Lloyd, is the new Kapamilya actress, Iza Calzado who signed a 3-Picture contract with Star Cinema. Iza Calzado’s character in the film may create a love triangle or conflict between Laida and Miggy’s characters. Although in one of Calzado’s interview (with Abs-cbn News), she said that Star Cinema assured that whatever kind of character she’ll play won’t make people and Ashlloyd fans hate her.

So, are you excited for “It Takes A Man and A Woman“? Will John Lloyd Cruz be Sarah Geronimo’s first onscreen kiss? Will Iza Calzado’s role be likable? :-) What do you think?
